Justa Little Aussie - All Grown Up

This is a new page, and it is a work in progress. It can be very hard to imagine what a tiny puppy will look like. Many people think newborn puppies look more like mice than dogs. Hopefully, this page will help just a little. Puppies are born with pink noses that darken over time, usually within a few months, but it can take up to a year for the nose to fill in completely. Copper markings tend to spread and get richer in color as a puppy matures, white marking usually shrink a little. Merles tend to develop more spots, and the spots tend get larger and darker in color as they mature. As previous customers send me photos of their puppies "all grown up" I'll add them here.

Here is Wyatt all grown up. He lives in California with his 2 best friends, Sophia and Monique. They sent me this great photo of Wyatt sitting on the back of their dad's roping horse. Wyatt was sired by Quigley and is out of Reno

Here is Tater all grown up. He is a good example to show how copper markings spread and get richer in color as the puppy matures. Tater lives in Florida with Bob and Jill, and Titch, another Toy Aussie. Tater is a registered Service Dog and a licensed Hospice volunteer. Tater was sired by Tucker and is out of Reno.

Here is L'il Dude still growing up at about 6 months old. Dude lives in New Jersey with Kathryn, her family, and 2 Jack Russells. He was sired by Hero and is out of Holly .
